Welcome to Color House Design ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to providing high-quality made-to-order products and excellent customer service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on colorhouse.design are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color or design selected by the customer

  • Ordering mistakes

  • Personal preferences

  • Delayed delivery caused by carrier services

  • Any reason other than a manufacturing defect, damage, or fulfillment error

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund an item if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

  • The item received is different from the item ordered.

If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  4. Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the claim being denied.

Review and Resolution

Claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

If a replacement or refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or fulfillment error, any applicable replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
